Code of Ethics
We are a family-owned company drawing on the history of the DYWILAN brand, whose roots date back to the 19th century. Since our establishment, we have been closely connected with Łódź and its industrial traditions, actively contributing to building a positive image of the city as a place friendly to innovative companies.
The purpose of the Code of Ethics is to shape an appropriate work culture within DYWILAN Sp. z o.o. and in relations between DYWILAN Sp. z o.o. and its environment.
The Code sets out the main principles of conduct for employees of DYWILAN Sp. z o.o. in the field of broadly understood professional and social ethics, ensuring the fulfillment of the company’s mission and implementation of its development strategy, as well as customer satisfaction.
General Principles
At DYWILAN Sp. z o.o., we comply with national and international law as well as fundamental ethical standards of conduct.
We promote ethical attitudes and behavior in every aspect of business cooperation among our employees, customers, suppliers, and business partners. Our priority is broadly understood safety in relation to both the internal and external environment.
We conduct our business with a focus on continuously improving employee competencies and using the most modern technologies. At the same time, we place strong emphasis on adherence to the values and principles set out in this Code of Ethics.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
Occupational Health and Safety is our priority. We systematically improve health and safety standards in the workplace and never force anyone to work in harmful or dangerous conditions.
Respect for Human Rights
Respecting fundamental human rights is our overriding objective. We adhere to the principles set out in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Environment
In our daily operations, we follow principles of efficient energy and natural resource use, reduction of carbon footprint, water consumption, and non-recyclable waste. Environmental protection is our priority, as we are aware of the long-term effects of actions taken to safeguard it.
Employee Relations

We eliminate all unfair or discriminatory practices, comply with labor law, and remunerate employees in accordance with applicable standards.

Conclusion
DYWILAN reserves the right to amend the content of this Code in order to adapt it to current needs. Employees will be informed of the most important changes on an ongoing basis.
Changes may result from the constantly evolving social and economic environment.
This Code of Ethics will fulfill its purpose only if all employees comply with its provisions and continuously improve the principles contained herein.
The Management Board of DYWILAN Sp. z o.o. declares continuous supervision over compliance with the principles of the Code of Ethics and will conduct periodic reviews of selected processes in this respect.
