Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Collection

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of:

Responding to inquiries submitted by phone or via the contact form available on https://wovengras.eu – processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., the legitimate interest of the Controller related to building and developing relationships with customers and pursuing the sale of goods and services.

Taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, e.g., sending an offer tailored to your needs – processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e., actions necessary to conclude a contract or steps taken prior to its conclusion.

Sending marketing content through communication channels for which you have given voluntary consent, i.e., via e-mail to the indicated address and/or phone notifications (SMS/MMS), in order to present offers and commercial terms – processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., the legitimate interest of the Controller related to building and developing relationships with customers and pursuing the sale of goods and services.

Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be processed only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, i.e., for the time necessary to respond to inquiries received by phone or via the contact form or application, but no longer than 6 months from the last contact.

If data is processed based on consent, it will be processed for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, but no longer than until consent is withdrawn.

If discussions are clearly concluded on your part, the data will be immediately removed from working system databases and deleted from backups within 30 days.

Data Recipients

The Controller may transfer personal data only to trusted recipients, such as entities providing and maintaining IT systems or solutions, entities supporting website operations, marketing service providers, and law firms providing services to Dywilan Sp. z o.o.

Data Subject Rights

At any time, you have the right to:

  • withdraw consent to processing,

  • request access to your personal data,

  • request rectification of your personal data,

  • request deletion or restriction of processing of your personal data,

  • object to the processing of your data.

If you wish to withdraw your consent, we recommend sending a message from the same e-mail address or phone number through which you receive marketing content. The sole consequence of withdrawing consent will be that you will no longer receive information about our offer and other marketing content. If you have doubts regarding the respect of your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office – UODO).
