\\ Shock-absorbing layer for artificial turf (shockpad)

A shock-absorbing layer (shockpad) is used as an underlay beneath artificial sports turf. Its purpose is to provide appropriate elasticity, safety, and durability of the surface.

By using a shockpad, the pitch achieves improved playing performance, while players are protected from excessive joint stress and injuries.
